Dear colleagues,
Heavy rains have caused catastrophic conditions in large parts of Slovenia, my home country. Many people have lost their homes, some have lost their lives. It will take a lot of effort to recover from this.
I would like to hear your opinion on what role (if any) NBS can play in reducing such devastating flooding, especially caused by torrential streams. Do you have any experience with the use of NBS to mitigate flooding in your country?
