Description / Abstract

In this report, Autoriteit Consument & Markt calculates the Weighted Average Cost of Capital (WACC) for the regulated electricity and drinking-water companies in the Caribbean Netherlands. The purpose of and principles behind the WACC are explained in chapter 2. The method of the analyzing and calculating the WACC is set out in chapter 3. The regulated companies in the Caribbean Netherlands differ from each other in terms of activities. Each of the companies carries out different activities.
