TGRR's first annual workshop takes place onSeptember 28th and 29th from 9-11AM MT. This virtual event will take place on Zoom in two-hour sessions over the course of two days. Before the event begins, three pre-recorded tutorials will be made available on the TGRR website concerning key data science applications and models supporting transboundary groundwater forecasting and decision-making, an introduction to the theoretical foundations of system dynamics and how it can be used to advance TGRR, and a tutorial of best practices to manage this information to ensure that resources are findable, accessible, interoperable, and reusable (FAIR). Community questions and discussions will be encouraged throughout the workshop.

The first day of the workshop will focus on group discussion about TGRR's vision, mission, and goals for the Network of Networks; we will identify key data and knowledge resources of participating networks. The second day will feature a collaborative systems mapping session and a career development panel.
