The Integrated Urban Flood Management (Cap-Net/UNDP and WMO, 2011)

The Integrated Urban Flood Management Training Manual has been prepared by Cap-Net/UNDP and WMO to address a broad spectrum of relevant issues in the field of flood management. Course participants and practitioners shall be provided with best practice concepts and application. It integrates expertise from various disciplines and approaches the subject from an international perspective, providing case studies and reference material.

Groundwater Management in IWRM (Cap-Net/AGW-Net/GW-MATE, 2010)
There is widespread recognition that water resources, including groundwater, are coming under pressure from increasing demand and declining yields. More so, groundwater management is technically complex but the technical expert and the water manager must reach a common understanding. An important objective of this training manual is to address groundwater management in the IWRM perspective. The goal is to introduce the broader framework of groundwater management to groundwater experts, water managers and the specific challenges of groundwater management to other water professionals.

IWRM as a Tool for Adaptation to Climate Change (CapNet, 2009)
This training Manual and Facilitator`s Guide intends to increase our understanding about climate change and to explore what we can do now. There are actions that can be taken to prepare for a more variable climate and we can make a case to our policy makers to prepare for change. The most important immediate action concerns the way we manage our water resources.
